Automatic door of the future!

The Japanese have done it again! They always seem to create things only others can imagine.

These automatic doors are made of small metal strips which can detect an object's size and open just enough for it to go through. This is meant to save air condition and minimize germs from entering.

As you can see from the pictures, the same idea can be applied to the garage.

Check out the video. It looks like the technology needs to be perfected, but its a good idea.
